2.For Girls PG: Only female family members are allowed to visit or stay in the PG prior permission and according to the availability of seats. An advance payment of Rs. 700/- per day is chargeable in case of stay. No male family member / male friend, neither father nor brother are allowed in the PG premises without permission, in any case. If the paying guest is found violating the above rules, she shall be made to vacant the PG accommodation at a notice of 1 hour. No meetings are allowed in front of the PG or on the connecting streets.

4.PG owner holds the right of cancellation of seat(s) in case of any indiscipline inside or outside the PG premises.
5.Charges for the power consumption of A/c is to be payable additionally and shared by all the roommates. It is charged @ Rs. 10/- per unit.
6.Safe custody of almirahs keys has to be ensured as new keys are only issued after a payment of Rs. 300/-
7.It has to be ensured that rent and other charges are paid on time. Late payment shall attract a penalty of Rs. 200/- per day.
8.Careful use of all the fittings, fixtures, doors and electronic items must ye observed. Any damage shall result in the repaid charges being deducted from the security amount of the paying guest.
9.Paying Guests must use their own quilts, buckets and mugs.
10.Any amendments in the running plans of internet connection and cable TV connection are authorised only and solely by the PG owner. Residents are strictly prohibited from doing the same.
11.Storage and consumption of alcohol as well as smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, living area & PG House.
12.Full scale cooking is not allowed in the PG accommodation. However, some instant self-cooking is allowed like pasta, poha, maggi etc.
13.Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners must be done only in the dining area and nowhere etc.
14.It has to be kept in mind that cash or valuables like laptops, mobile phones etc. are not kept carelessly in the room. PG owner or caretaker(s) are not responsible for any such loss suffered by the paying guest.
15.Talking loudly in the balconies is not allowed as that causes disturbance to the neighbourhood.
16.No loud music is allowed in the PG premises. Volume of TV must be kept low to avoid disturbance to others.
17.Paying guests must be mindful that there is no misuse of electricity like leaving the geysers and washroom lights on, or leaving the TV, AC and room lights/fans on while being away.
18.Paying guests must inform the caretaker in case they are having dinner outside or staying out at night.
19.PG rent is always charged on monthly basis and not on daily basis. Even in case of overstay of 1 or more days from the date of vacating, full month's rent shall be chargeable.
20.One month prior written notice must be served for vacation of room or else the security amount of the paying guest stands forfeited. The notice must be posted at the following email id : support@mannatpg.com
